Menne Zaalberg is an experienced biotech operations executive with a strong focus on translating innovative biomanufacturing technologies into scalable, investable and commercially relevant solutions. 

As COO of Ardent Biopharma, Menne contributes to the company’s mission to make biologic therapies more affordable and accessible by combining biosimilar development, strong CMC execution, strategic partnerships and next-generation continuous manufacturing. He brings a pragmatic, execution-driven approach to turning early-stage opportunities into well-structured development, manufacturing and operational programs. 

Menne has broad experience in biopharmaceutical operations, CMC project execution, external manufacturing partnerships, quality systems, manufacturing strategy and business development. Previously, including as COO of BiosanaPharma, Menne worked at the interface of technology, development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and commercialization, with a particular focus on monoclonal antibodies and cost-efficient biomanufacturing.
